Returns
- You have 5 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Final sale items or custom/personalized products are not eligible for return unless defective.
How to Return
Contact our customer service team at frominesz@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate the return.
- Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at frominesz@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
