 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another with tracking information when it ships.


 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
    Standard: 3–7 business days
    Expedited: 1–3 business days
    Rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected method.
  • International Shipping:
    Available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days).
    Customs fees, duties, or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.


 Shipping Delays

From, Inesz is not responsible for shipping delays due to:

  • Carrier issues
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Weather disruptions or customs processing for international orders

 Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend selecting a shipping method with tracking and delivery confirmation. If you believe your package is missing, contact the carrier first. If needed, reach out to us for further support.


 Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before finalizing your order. From, Inesz is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
